Healing
The gospels are filled with accounts of people bringing their loved ones and friends to Jesus in the hope that he would heal them. They were not disappointed. Healing, along with preaching and teaching, formed a large part of his ministry.
The Church has embraced this ministry as well, offering people from all walks of life the care they need to know fullness of life as God’s gift.
Across the state, a number of church-affiliated agencies offer a broad menu of services to people, meeting their needs.
